PHARUXE does not accept returns or refunds unless an incorrect item or size was delivered compared to the original order. If you have concerns regarding the quality of your product, please contact us, and we will review the issue to determine an appropriate resolution.

Damages & Issues

We kindly ask that you inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please notify us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and take the necessary steps to resolve it.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the provisions outlined above, if merchandise is delivered within the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, without providing a reason. To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition—unused, unworn, with all original tags attached and in the original packaging. Additionally, a receipt or valid proof of purchase is required.
